3 x sessions
Naturopathic holistic assessment & pathology review: iridology/nail/tongue analysis, family history & preventative health assessment, dietary analysis, sleep/circadian assessment, movement analysis, exploration presenting complaint and relevant organ assessment.
After first session you will receive a Treatment plan & online dispensary access. In session two we will explore any adjustments or questions. Explore how treatment is tracking. Naturopathic health coaching and further body system assessment.
Health check in, further analysis of symptoms and pathology as required. Long term goals and treatment plan made and sent.

rue health transformation rarely happens in a single appointment. While the initial consultation helps us uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a personalised plan, meaningful change takes time, support, and refinement.
Our three-session model is designed around how people successfully create lasting health habits:
Session 1 – Discover: We explore your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and any pathology to identify underlying patterns and develop a tailored treatment plan.
Session 2 – Support & Refine: After you've had time to implement your recommendations, we review your progress, celebrate what's working, troubleshoot any challenges, answer questions, and adjust your plan based on how your body is responding.
Session 3 – Consolidate & Thrive: We focus on maintaining your progress, building long-term habits, preventing relapse, and ensuring you feel confident managing your health independently.
Research in behaviour change consistently shows that accountability, regular follow-up, and personalised support significantly improve the likelihood of achieving lasting lifestyle changes. Having scheduled check-ins helps keep you motivated, provides space to navigate challenges, and allows your treatment plan to evolve as your health improves.
